Our family of four felt right at home. The condo was spacious enough for us and had everything needed for a memorable stay.

Everything you need in a stay and the view was awesome. Don't believe the reviews regarding visibility from upstairs bedroom into lower. We knew it was more of a modern open air place. Noise will travel up/down... so if someone is making a lot of noise... snoring ;-) you may not like it. We knew that going in so no problem. Free parking, rice maker, coffee grinder, fully equipped kitchen. We'd stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The views are spectacular, and the location is very central and convenient! The beach right in front of the condo is small but a short walk to a larger beach practically next door. There were beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler available for use and we had everything we needed! It is on the third floor and I don’t think there’s an elevator so it’s a bit of a hike with luggage but well worth it!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful location. Great snorkeling right outside our door.

This is our second time at this property. I love the location I’m maalea - close to everything. I love the neighborhood which is quiet and easy to walk to restaurants and the marina and whale watching. Amazing views from the condo and I love the set up - perfect for 2 couples. Five stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️!! I also loved the speedy response whenever I had questions.

This property was nice and quiet! You could hear the waves all day and night! It was centrally located on the island!

The view was splendid. The kitchen was very well equipped. The mattresses were comfortable. The host was quick to respond to questions. Overall it was as a result. The apartment was partly renovated… and very well equipped for the beach and the beach was nearby.

We loved our Airbnb. The view was spectacular. The amenities were great. Easy access to other parts of the island. Excellent communication with the property management company. Highly recommend!

The view was amazing! The full-length windows and balcony had a full ocean view, and we could hear the waves crashing onto the shore!! The only drawback was carrying all our luggage up three flights of stairs, but it was worth the effort. I would definitely stay again.

Best sandy beach for swimming. Always calm water. Very private, long stretch of preserve beach for walking. A small reef off shore guarantees seeing fish and turtles when snorkeling. Condo has an amazing view! Ideal location

Condo is away from the resort areas so it’s nice to come back to after a long day of adventuring out and have a quiet beach to walk on without a ton of people. The house had all we needed and more. We would stay again if we came back to Maui. Thanks!

I love this condo for the spectacular view of the bay and the whales and Haleakala. I loved the layout of the condo with all the openness and high ceilings. Both bedrooms are great. It was just the two of us and we couldn’t decide whether we liked the upstairs bedroom or the downstairs bedroom. We ended up downstairs and could watch the ocean right from bed. We have stayed in Maui many times. Wailea, waimea, waiehu and this location in Maalea is my favorite. We love to hike and the beach walk from the park next door goes for miles. Kitchen is fully stocked and we ate dinner on the deck almost every night. We did walk to dinner by the marina a couple of times. I highly recommend “Tantes fish market”

The condo was modern and well appointed with the most amazing view from the balcony. Why pay for whale watching when you have an amazing front row seat. Easy to get to lots of different activities or just spend time at the beautiful beach only steps away. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Great place to stay if you want to avoid all the crowds! Able to go to the marina right down the road for excursions, or walk a few steps down the road to a public beach, which is not as populated! The rental provided chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and snorkel gear for the beach - really nice! The condo had all utensils needed for meals at home too, which was great! Right on the water, can see the ocean from the lanai, and we were able to see the whales breaching right from our condo.

Amenities were great. Loved hearing sound of waves. Very quiet (no noisy neighbors). Laundry was close, which was nice. Daughter loved the loft. Air conditioning worked great. Beach supplies were a plus.

Beautiful 2-bedroom unit just steps away from the beach and centrally located and convenient for exploring Maui. Kihei, Wailuku and Makawao were all only 20 to 30 minutes away.

The condo looked just like the photos and was plenty big enough to host myself and two girlfriends. The kitchen was well-appointed and we had everything we needed to cook basic meals. I can’t stress enough how wonderful the location was- overlooking a beautiful, swimmable beach where we watched turtles every day and even snorkeled and found some super cool fish with the provided snorkel equipment. I would 100% book this place again.

This is a very comfortable, spacious condo. The view and privacy is amazing. We could hear the waves and watch the palm trees. The pool was very well kept up and clean. We would stay again. The location is great to get to many activities on the island.

You can’t beat the view from this rental, and it was perfect for our family of four! The kids stayed upstairs while we slept downstairs. The unit was spacious, extremely clean inside, and well appointed. We appreciated the umbrellas and beach chairs! The surrounding area was quiet and felt very safe. The unit was easy to get to from the airport and central to our planned activities (driving, not walking distance). the building itself outside is a bit dated, but well maintained. Most importantly—I’m sure I read this but forgot about it—the unit is on the third floor and there is no elevator (at least that we found). It wasn’t an issue since the staircase is an easy climb, but this could be an issue for someone who isn’t physically able and doesn’t read the listing completely. We’d stay again!

Pretty amazing place. The listing pictures don't disappoint - you are literally on the ocean. There is so much beach to walk right outside your door, so much reef for snorkeling. Four huge turtles were hanging out just feet into the water directly outside for the duration of our stay. Simply amazing - would absolutely stay again.

The beach was absolutely great! we saw many turtles and the beach was never crowded. We loved it. Falling asleep every night to the waves which were less than 100 ft away!

This was the perfect place to have a week away with friends. We enjoyed watching the whales from the balcony and turtles almost every day! It was a great location for us - 20 min to Lahaina and 20 min to Kihei. The unit itself was nicely accommodating - appreciate the beach chairs, towels, and binoculars! We would definitely stay here again!

The suite and amenities were exactly as described. We loved listening to the waves, the kids enjoyed the clean pool, and BBQ for cooking out.

From start to finish I was exceedingly pleased with the communication process from the host. The experience was first class. The property is in very good shape and the view of the ocean is as advertised (amazing). Nice casual dinning restaurants a few minute walk down the street and convenient quiet location that allows you to get anywhere on the island in your rental car.

This unit is beautifully done - and the view is one of the best on this part of the island. This complex is quiet and steps from the water. We stay here every year and just love it. Really loved the decor - it was a very comfortable unit.... the bed was amazingly comfy!

Great location, right on the beach and was about 20 mins from every location we wanted to go. Very quiet location and instructions were easy to follow for entry. They had beach amenities available and having that was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again! Loved hearing the ocean at night.

Great private location. Clean and quiet.

This condo is perfect! Open air space so yes you will hear everything but we loved that big open feeling. One kid slept in the loft and the other slept on the sofa bed (super comfortable). We felt as if we were sleeping on the beach! Home is just as described. As other ratings state The resort is not fancy, but it is nice. If you’re looking to be away from the crowds (like we were) and have a beach all to yourself then this is your spot. Very convenient to north and south destinations to visit. Condo is perfection! The view is amazing! Supplied items got us through our stay. Mahalo!!!

The property is quiet and peaceful. Beds are very comfortable. The place overall suited our family perfectly for our 6 days on the island.

This condo is located in a spot that makes it easy to travel to any part of the island. Maui Ocean center and Pacific Whale Foundation are so close. Condo is as described— clean, well equipped, comfortable on end of wonderful beach for walking or snorkeling or playing in the water. Amy, from rental agency is a dream to work with.

My wife, I and our two teenage sons stayed in Hono-kai C-1 for a week during the holidays and New Year. We had a wonderful time. The view from the balcony and floor to ceiling windows is amazing. We watched whales from the balcony and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The condo is right on the beach, and we loved using the boogie boards that were provided and taking walks on the beach as a family. The location is central to everything you would want to see on Maui. Thanks for a great time and we will be back.

This place has an awesome view. We were able to capture multiple whales jumping right off our balcony. Convenient to restaurants and the aquarium. Highly recommended.
