Fantastic stay — truly a standout 5-star place. The ground-floor apartment with direct access to the garden and pool made everything easy and relaxing. We loved the small beach where we saw sea turtles, and even spotted whales from the patio. The apartment is beautifully maintained and very well equipped with new appliances. We would happily stay again.

This place has amazing location and breathe taking views. You can see turtles everyday near the beach you can’t ask for anything better close by to everything. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

We fell in love with this condo the moment we walked in the door! The views, the thoughtful beach decor, every household item you could possibly need, the soft Hawaiian music playing, and it even smelled amazing. We used the beach chairs, backpack cooler with ice packs and beach towels every day. We would drink our coffee by the ocean and watched tons of turtles every morning and even saw a pair of rays swim by! Wow. It is about a 10-15 min drive to Kihei, Costco and was honestly the perfect spot. It was quiet, clean and exactly what we wanted. We would love to stay here again and have already been telling friends and family about it. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

Clean and cute. Bed was comfortable. The condo was nice and was as described, although it looks larger in the pictures. No isssues for us at all.. Pool and lounge area are nice and clean. Would be nice to have an extra roll of toilet paper for one week. Other than that, we really enjoyed it and the location as it’s easy to drive anywhere on Maui. It was also very private and parking was easy

Great fit for a couple looking for a base camp that is away from the resorts and central on the island. The condo sits on the bottom floor of a relatively quiet complex — offering a private patio that is the mealtime area. We spent most of our time there, looking out on the common green area, ocean and across to the Kihei strip. The sun does not come directly in to you nor does the weather, so it’s very comfortable!

We loved the beautiful setting and being right on the water! It was very clean and clutter free as well. The proximity of the Aquarium, shops, harbor, restaurants and Starbucks were a huge plus. The price was great and we LOVED the quiet surroundings.

We loved spending our evenings watching the whales and turtles right outside our doors. We also enjoyed being able to walk to the plaza for dinners and shopping. We really loved our 1st trip to Maui.

Absolutely amazing! The view, the walk out patio, the lanai was all part of the Maui experience. Truly nothing like it. The bedding was great quality, we slept well. The kitchen had everything we needed + more. This place was perfect. Steps to the pool. Locals that live in the condos were super friendly. Very clean common areas. And the company that manages the rentals were extremely accommodating to our late flight and allowed us to stay a bit later the day we were leaving which we were extreme grateful for.

This was a great find perfect location between Kihei and Lahaina nice quiet Maalea but close to the harbor for all the boat tours. Unbelievable sunset every morning. It was perfect for two people. We are already planning our next trip.

Enjoyed the property! Location was very nice! Easy to get to many of the places we wanted to visit. Nice to be able to walk right out to the pool or lounge by the water; saw turtles while lounging! Only concern would be the a/c situation. Worked well if you were in the living room/kitchen area, but felt a bit warm at night in the bedroom.

Our stay was perfect! We loved the condo, the views, and how easy it was to drive to where we needed. While we were not right on the beach, there were many in driving distance. We would come back in a heart beat!

This Airbnb had so much to offer a couple visiting Hawaii for the first time! Stunning views and helpful locals living in the building guided us with any questions. I am very picky about cleanliness, and in this unit, I felt completely comfortable with the level of cleanliness. It wowed us with the sunrises and sunsets! The unit was also well stocked. It has two snorkel gear sets, a cooler backpack for our day trips, and beach chairs for our use(this saved us a lot)! The kitchen was also very well stocked with everything we could have needed to cook, and we did! I would recommend this unit to anyone traveling to Maui!

Condo matched online photo and was clean, private and serene. I was in town for the Maui Oceanfront Marathon and was able to walk to the start line. The location was an excellent base for accessing whale watching or snorkeling tours.

Good place to stay for a week or more, the apartment had everything you need.

We absolutely loved the location of our condo at Hono Kai! This ground floor condo has an awesome patio that is just steps from the beach. The pool is also just steps away and oceanfront. A-11 is equipped with everything that you could possibly need. So clean and comfortable, the bed was amazingly comfortable. We really enjoyed staying in Maalaea since the location is so central. We were able to explore a lot more activities on Maui with shorter drives. The management company I Go Maui was awesome, they made sure that we were happy with our stay.

This is the 4th time staying in A11. It is perfect. Stocked with everything we needed. Location is amazing and the complex is so quiet, relaxing and clean. Pool is a bonus and the few feet walk to the sand is amazing.

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. We loved being steps away from the ocean and being able to hear the waves crashing. The condo was stocked with everything that you would need, full kitchen, stocked with everything that you need. The bed was so comfortable, and the mini split a/c was awesome after a day in the sun. We really liked that it was more secluded and not a busy tourist area BUT, it was still very close to shops and restaurants. We like the more private and quiet setting. We enjoyed walking on the beach every morning to watch the sunrise. It was nice that there were beach chairs, towels and a cooler available for us to use. They came in extremely handy! Things to do that we enjoyed, Pride of Maui sunset cruise from Maalaea Harbor, Scuba diving was an excellent experience, Haleakala Sunrise, Iao Valley Hiking Waihee Ridge Trail, Maui Chocolate Tour, Wine Tasting at Maui Wine, Walk around Maui Tropical Plantation, Ulupalakua Ranch and many more! I Go Maui was an awesome to work with! We will be back!

Lovely stay, relaxing & private location. Host was responsive and helpful. Out of the main towns so we hired a car, which suited what we wanted. Place was spacious and clean, already had the main kitchen essentials for use.

Our stay here was really great! The place was super clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies. Unfortunately, we only used the place to really sleep because we were out adventuring for majority of the day. We really appreciated the AC and proximity to the beach. Also convenient location close to the airport and Kihue.

We are visiting from Alaska to meet up with friends staying in another unit. We love the beach here, the outdoor grill area, and the pool which was perfect for the kiddos. We recommend Ululani Shake Ice in Kihei! We were able to cook dinner every night thanks to the well supplied kitchen and fish caught with Automatic Fishing charter. Loved drinking coffee on the seawall and watching whales and the sunrise.

This place is a great jumping off point for all parts of Maui and has its own attractions as well! The long beach is perfect for sunrise walks, and the pool was great for young kids learning to swim. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and beach supplies!

Very convenient place to stay, we were working out of Maalaea Harbor. Central to lots of things to drive to in Maui. A few decent restaurant options in walking distance. Great beach access seconds walk away. Parking spots are tiny so FYI if you have a large SUV or minivan, might have to park on the street. Condo looks just like the pictures. There is a sliding wall between the bedroom and the pullout couch, but the wall is louvers so it doesn't block any noise if someone is snoring :) AC was excellent.

The unit was everything we expected, but more. The kitchen was one of the best equipped we have ever had and the bed was super comfy! The lanai was a wonderful spot to have morning coffee or happy hour wine, or for just relaxing. The location was very convenient and a quick drive to restaurants/shopping. All in all, we had a wonderful eight night stay here!

Lots to see and walkable to the Aquarium, a few restaurants, a snow cone shack, and the mini golf place! It was very cold inside when we got there, and the AC worked almost too well! They said it would only have enough paper towels, tp, and soap for a few days, but other tenants had left a lot behind, so I recommend checking out what was left there before going to the store!

My kids and I loved our stay! I have never been to Hawaii or Maui before so I wasn’t sure where to stay, the location here was perfect for my family with kids 11-18. The beach the apartment was on was great, not the best on the island but very convenient. It stretches for miles without other accesses so I could go for long walks in the mornings. It is a short drive to other popular areas in the south and west but because of its location both areas are easy to access. After playing in those more tourist hotspots it was great to come back to our peaceful quiet apartment. The kids could play in the pool and I could grill. It really was the best spot we could have imagined for our extended stay. Clean, quiet, AC, easy beach access. Exactly what we were looking for!

We loved our stay in Maui and this location was so perfect- great proximity to all of West Maui. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, we had everything we needed.

This was the most beautiful spot to vacation! We loved it. The condo was spotless, it had everything we needed, including beach chairs, a beach cart, umbrella, and scuba gear. Beautiful condo on Sugar Beach! We love Nani Kai Hale and have stayed here twice, each time in a different unit. This unit was our favorite because of the beach views. I enjoyed my coffee while watching the ocean every morning! It’s a relatively quiet building, the pool was a big hit with my kids, and we loved walking the beach to the bakery in the mornings. Lovely, well-equipped condo. Can’t wait to return!

We had an amazing stay at this condo! It was in a great location on sugar beach which is perfect for swimming, long walks on the beach and epic sunsets! The condo was well equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas etc. The condo also had great AC which was a nice reprieve from hot days in the sun. There were four of us so it was a bit small but the second bathroom really made up for that. We also stayed at another condo for another part of our trip which was more spacious however, this condo was overall so much better and we wished we had stayed here the whole time. Also, I GO MAUI are an amazing property rental company. Great communication, friendly, hospitable and I loved their guest portal - which had lots of information which made our stay seamless and relaxing! Thank you for a great stay!

What an amazing visit we had! The space is just what you need when visiting Kihei! Everything is nice, functional but not "over the top". We enjoyed the views, the sounds, (yes, even the roosters Hawaii is famous for!) and the ease of getting around. The property is a quiet little slice of aloha-laden heaven! We'll be back!

My family of 4 had a wonderful experience vacationing at this condo! The building is directly on the beach with a nice pool, and is located close to everything. The condo was equipped with everything we could possibly need, from small kitchen appliances to beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie board. There’s a great grilling area on the lawn that was shared by lots of guests along with lots of chairs, tables, and umbrellas to enjoy a day taking in the ocean views. There even was a cabinet filled with sand toys for kids to share! Operations Manager Amy Prentice was extremely helpful and accommodating when we contacted her with specific questions about our stay. This was a wonderful vacation spot and we will highly recommend it our friends and family!

Beautiful and central location, right on the beach. Perfect for my daughter and I to spend a few days in Kehei. We really enjoyed the outside space and walking distance to groceries and shave ice. Very easy drive to Lahaina or Wailea, and so close to the harbor for a day snorkeling trip. Parking and entry were very easy and convenient, and we really appreciated the message that it was ready for check-in hours before we had anticipated. Would love to visit again for a longer stay.

We had such a great stay here! There was Hawaiian music playing when we arrived, a cooler and chairs available for us to use, and the bed was large and comfy. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony with an ocean view every morning and walks along the beach at night. Highly recommend!

We had a very relaxing comfortable stay. The view of the ocean and hearing the sound of the waves was perfect. The two separate air conditions worked well. The bedroom bed and the pull out sofa bed had nice foam mattresses that were a pleasure to sleep on. Great location and it was easy to get everything in Maui from this place.

Large clean place with great views. The kitchen was well equipped and the beach gear (chairs, towels, cooler) was a nice touch. The location is quiet, but 10-15 min from most shops and restaurants. The only exception is the little farmer's market, convenient store, and shave ice spot that's a 5-min walk south.
